Cesar Chavez St. construction aims to reduce traffic

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A big change is kicking off on Friday for West Cesar Chavez Street.
The construction is aimed to help drive times in the area known for congestion. The improvements will also help safety issues near the North Lamar Bridge.
