Central Texas drought 'top one or two driest'

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Every Thursday morning, the U.S. Drought Monitor map gets updated to show any improvement or deterioration of the drought nationwide. Lately, most of Central Texas was downgraded to the worst level of drought "Exceptional."
