Cedric Benson sued over dog attack

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Former University of Texas at Austin running back Cedric Benson has been sued over an alleged attack by his Rottweiler on a woman and her dog, according to court records.
Lynn and Jerry Comegys filed the lawsuit in Travis County District Court after Benson’s “Rottweiler dogs” jumped on Lynn, knocked her down and attacked her and her dog, Carson, on July 18, according to the lawsuit.
