Cedar Park man receives prison time for child sexual assault

CEDAR PARK, Texas (KXAN) -- On Monday, 51-year-old Richard Nicholas Osborn pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a child after a jury was selected in the case, according to the Williamson County District Attorney's Office.After the court dismissed the jury, Osborn agreed to a contested sentencing hearing by District Court Judge Rick Kennon, according to a press release. A contested sentencing hearing is when the judge presiding over the case decides the convicted person's punishment.Ken
