Car pulled from Lady Bird Lake after crash
AUSTIN (KXAN) — The driver of a 2013 Toyota sport utility vehicle that landed in Lady Bird Lake early Friday morning is safe.
It happened at West Cesar Chavez Street and B.R. Reynolds Drive around 4:24 a.m.
The man driving, officials said to be in his 40s, refused treatment from medical teams. Austin police said he passed field sobriety tests and will not be charged with DWI but may face other charges pending the investigation.
