Capitol Context: The super PAC spending big on Paxton

A Republican super PAC has spent $131 million to support Attorney Gen. Ken Paxton in the tight Texas U.S. Senate race, and a staggering $61.4 million of that was spent within just a few days. That is according to a Federal Election Commission records as of September 30.
