Brothers in blue remember San Marcos Officer Kenneth Copeland

SAN MARCOS, Texas (KXAN) — The flashing lights of first responders will mark the long procession from San Marcos to San Antonio Wednesday, as a fallen officer will be remembered and laid to rest.
Officer Kenneth Copeland worked for 19 years at the San Marcos Police Department and was the first of their officers to ever die in the line of duty. He died Dec. 4 after serving a warrant on his day off, volunteering to work to help his co-workers and his family. The public is invited to gat
