Boil water notice issued for Plum Creek, Kyle

HAYS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — Residents in both Plum Creek and the central portion of the city of Kyle should boil their water before consumption after a notice was released that water samples are being tested for bacteria.
The boil notice is required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as a result of recent conditions in the water system and a major water main break in Kyle.
