‘Beaver-friendly’ pipes at Buda pond aim to solve flooding problem

BUDA, Texas (KXAN) — The city of Buda says they are being proactive in making sure there aren’t any flood problems in one of their neighborhoods, but this isn’t your typical flood prevention story.
