Bastrop parents calling for crossing guard at dangerous intersection

BASTROP, Texas (KXAN) — Parents of Lost Pine Elementary students say they’re worried a dangerous intersection nearby could cause someone to get seriously hurt.
They say the intersection of Green Valley Drive and Tiger Woods Drive in Bastrop has no lights, no crosswalk, and sees a heavy amount of not only car traffic, but also bus traffic in the mornings.
