Autopsy: Texas man was extremely drunk when killing 8 people

PLANO, Texas (AP) — A medical examiner says a Texas man had a blood alcohol level four times the state’s legal limit when he drove to his estranged wife’s home and fatally shot her and seven other people.
In an autopsy report issued Monday, Dr. William Rohr of the Collin County medical examiner’s office said 32-year-old Spencer Hight had a blood alcohol level of .33 percent during the Sept. 10 incident in Plano, Texas. The legal limit for intoxication in Texas is .08 perc
