Authorities identify driver of stolen Fort Worth ambulance, who was killed by DPS

The Fort Worth Police Department have identified Benjamin Randall Collins, 26, of Fort Worth, as the man accused of stealing an ambulance leading to a chase down Interstate 35, a crash and shooting on Thursday.
