Austinites get a preview of the city’s busking pilot program

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Head on over to Seaholm District in downtown and soon you can expect to see more musicians playing live.
Today, the City of Austin’s Economic Development Department launched its street performing pilot program.
“It’s absolutely part of what makes Austin what it is,” said longtime Austin resident Josh Winkler.
