Austinites encouraged to adopt during Puppy Mill Awareness Day

AUSTIN (KXAN) — More than 30 animal rescue organizations came together Sunday to raise awareness to the problem of puppy mills throughout Texas.
The 7th annual Puppy Mill Awareness day began at Scholtz Garten at 10 a.m. and featured training demonstrations live music and giveaways.
