Austin suspect leads Houston police on chase

HOUSTON, Texas (KXAN) — A man wanted in connection to an Austin shooting led Houston Police on a chase early this morning in West Houston before smashing into a light pole and running away from the scene.Police from Houston and Austin and FBI agents were attempting to arrest the man when he sped off in the car, Houston’s NBC affiliate KPRC reports.
After a police chase, the suspect crashed into a pole and ran off. The passenger in the car was arrested on unrelated warrants.
