Austin Police to discuss changes to protest policing policies

AUSTIN (KXAN) — On Friday, the Austin Police Department said it would announce changes to its policing policies for protests.APD said the update on the after action report was in regard to the 2020 protests.APD Chief of Police Joseph Chacon will lead a news conference at 1:30 p.m.The conference will be streamed in this story and on the KXAN Facebook page.
