Austin celebrates International Day of Peace

(KXAN) — Wednesday, Sept.  21, the United Nations is hosting their annual International Day of Peace.
This year’s theme is the Sustainable Development Goal of building blocks for peace. The idea is to strengthen peace around the world.Students at Montessori schools in Austin and across the world are going to sing a song to honor the peaceful day. It is called “Light a Candle for Peace.”
