ATCEMS: 1 dead in fatal auto-pedestrian crash late Saturday

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin-Travis County EMS responded to a deadly auto-pedestrian crash late Saturday night.
The crash happened around midnight on the Interstate 35 service road, north of Slaughter Lane.Austin Police said upon arrival, officers found a 45-year-old female with no signs of life. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
APD said the suspect fled the scene, and no arrests have been made.
