Approaching system could bring rain, storms Wednesday

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Despite a weak cold front Tuesday's weather turned out to be beautiful, with clear skies and highs in the 60s to 70 degrees. It will be chilly again overnight with lows in the 40s in most areas.An upper-level trough will rapidly approach Wednesday morning and could trigger light rain showers early in the day. Rain with a few thunderstorms may also develop in the Hill Country during the early afternoon, then move east toward the Austin metro area before evening.
