Applications open for $23 million in grants for Austin area creatives

Austin Arts Culture, Music and Entertainment, or ACME, has launched $23 million in grants funded by the city's Hotel Occupancy Tax revenue. This round of grant funding is one of several from ACME throughout the year, which will end up totaling what the office said is a "historic" $51 million in grants for the year, according to a press release from the office.
