App in the works aims to track source of Austin overdoses

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The goal of new technology the city's top health officials are fine tuning is to get a full picture of an overdose.
"A lot of times these are caused by injection of new drug or substance into community," said Allen Johnson, the CPO of ESO Solutions, the company behind the technology.
