APD: Suspect in reported north Austin shooting not found

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department is looking for a suspect Wednesday afternoon after a reported shooting in north Austin, police said on social media.Around 3:35 p.m., APD officers responded to the 8500 block of Dryfield Drive for a hotshot call, APD Senior Officer Wesley Belcher said during a media briefing.
