APD: Man arrested, accused of murder in north Austin shooting

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Austin police have identified the man accused of killing another man in north Austin on Monday, the agency said in a news release.Police said 39-year-old Steven Rippley was arrested on a first-degree murder charge and was booked into the Travis County Jail.
