APD identifies man shot and killed at northeast Austin apartment complex

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin police have identified the man shot and killed at an apartment complex in northeast Austin early on May 17.The Austin Police Department said the incident happened at the Alta Blue Goose apartment complex on Blue Goose Road, near East U.S. 290, around 2:20 a.m.APD said witnesses drove one victim, later identified as 32-year-old Eliud Cueva, Jr., to a nearby restaurant. Officers arrived at the restaurant and found the victim with a gunshot wound.
