APD: 1 dead in southeast Austin homicide

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The Austin Police Department investigating a homicide in southeast Austin where one person died.
At around 4:07 p.m. Friday, APD officers responded to a service call on Metcalfe Road. Officers found a body with trauma.MAP: Where have Austin’s homicides occurred in 2024?Police did not have any suspect information.
