Amid student concerns, Austin to launch West Campus safety study

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The city of Austin is continuing with plans to make the West Campus neighborhood safer, their next step is launching a six month study in the neighborhood. The city issued a memo Tuesday as requested by a council resolution in May: providing details on the study which will focus on pedestrian safety in that area.
