Amber Alert issued for missing San Antonio toddler

AUSTIN (KXAN)  — Law enforcement has issued an Amber Alert in Bexar County for 14-month-old Kalia Martinez.
Martinez was last seen with Fortino Cornejo in San Antonio. She is 18 inches all, weighs 30 pound and has light brown hair and hazel eyes.
Police describe Cornejo as a 50-year-old Hispanic male with black hair, hazel eyes and has two scabs on the right side of his face. Cornejo is 5-foot-3 and weighs 140 pounds.
