All schools in Fayette County closed through Wednesday

FAYETTE COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — As residents along the Colorado River in Fayette County wait to see what kind of damage the high waters will leave behind, all the schools in the area will be closed until mid-week.
La Grange Independent School District superintendent says all of the schools in the county will be closed through Wednesday. They expect to resume regular operations Thursday morning.
Teachers will have a work day on Wednesday.
