AG Paxton files order to prevent Robert Roberson from testifying at Texas Capitol

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced a new motion filed Thursday in hopes of keeping death row inmate, Robert Roberson, from testifying in front of a state House committee hearing, Paxton's office said in a news release.Paxton filed for a motion to prevent a "procedurally deficient and overly burdensome subpoena" from allowing Roberson to testify.
