Affidavit: Man who offered roadside help accused of kidnapping, assaulting woman

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- A man was arrested last week after he was accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman who was waiting on the side of the road for roadside assistance, according to a Travis County affidavit for an arrest warrant.
