Affidavit: Man suspected of killing girlfriend had tracked her prior to murder

TRAVIS COUNTY (KXAN) — Law enforcement officials are still searching for a man in connection to the suspected murder of a Pflugerville woman, who was at the center of a CLEAR Alert last month.
