AFD: 17 displaced in southeast Austin apartment complex fire, no injuries reported

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- A total of 17 people were displaced in a southeast Austin apartment fire that spread to 10 apartments, the Austin Fire Department said on social media Tuesday. The agency said no injuries were reported.AFD said around 3 p.m. crews responded to the apartment complex in the 2100 block of Burton Drive with "heavy smoke and fire," the agency said.
