ACC purchases historic Ford building in downtown Lockhart to develop education, training location

LOCKHART, Texas (KXAN) -- In November, Lockhart Independent School District voters approved an annexation ballot item to join the Austin Community College District. Now, the college has purchased the historic Ford building in downtown Lockhart to develop into a permanent education facility in the town.
