ABC Kite Fest on 1.5-hour delay due to weather

AUSTIN (KXAN) –UPDATE: Organizers of the ABC Kite Fest announced Saturday night that the event will be delayed 1.5 hours Sunday morning.
From ABC Kite Fest:
To allow Saturday precipitation conditions to clear, a one and a half hour delay has been issued for all ABC Kite Fest activities.
Festival events will proceed in accordance with the following adjusted schedule:10:30 a.m.: High Flyer Club opens for VIP attendees
