9/11 survivor and author releases new book

AUSTIN (KXAN) — As many remember where they were on 9/11 fifteen years ago, one author recalls what she saw from the 21st floor of the World Financial Center.
After surviving the attacks, Bethany Hegedus used her writing to publish books to create an outlet for children to process tragic events.
“Because of what I saw that day, I really made an effort to use my talents to bring something beautiful into the world,” Hegedus said.
