8th DWI lands San Marcos man 99 years in prison

SAN MARCOS, Texas (KXAN) — A San Marcos man will spend 99 years in prison for his eighth DWI conviction. The jury deliberated for nearly six hours before sentencing Jose Marin, 64, to the lengthy prison sentence.
