75-year-old Fredericksburg man found safe

FREDERICKSBURG, Texas (KXAN) — Authorities have canceled a Silver Alert for an elderly man who was diagnosed with a cognitive impairment.
Fredericksburg police said Thomas Vidal, 75, was last seen at TriStar Care Center, located at 619 West Live Oak, around 7:10 p.m. Police say he was found safe around 2 p.m.
Authorities were worried he was a threat to his own health and safety.
