AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The Texas Department of Public Safety released details Sunday about a fatal auto-pedestrian accident that followed a Nov. 29 "confrontation" between two drivers.According to DPS, 45-year-old John Paul Ramirez and another driver exited their vehicles near US 290 and Nutty Brown Road in Hays County.
