18-wheeler crash blocks northbound 35 upper deck

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Austin Police say the northbound lanes of the upper deck of Interstate 35 are completely shutdown just north of the deck split due to a crash involving a 18-wheeler.Police say the crash occurred around 4:30 a.m. on the upper deck near Manor Road.
Police say the driver of the 18-wheeler is okay and the 18-wheeler is the only vehicle involved.
