1 killed in east Austin shooting

AUSTIN (KXAN) — One person died following a shooting in east Austin Thursday afternoon, according to the Austin Police Department.
The shooting took place around East 12th Street and Webberville Road. That's near Springdale Road.
Witnesses on scene told APD a female victim had been transported, not by Austin-Travis County EMS, to the Dell Seton Medical Center. She was pronounced dead at the hospital.The call about a shooting first came in at 12:44 p.m., APD said. APD is investigating this
