New trail would link Illinois, Wisconsin through McHenry County

McHenry County and Kenosha County, Wisconsin, officials gathered Thursday at Wilmot Mountain Ski Resort just north of the Illinois-Wisconsin border to unveil plans to build the Midwest Interstate Trail.
