Tommy Holder elected to Georgia Power corporate board

The head of an Atlanta-based construction company was elected Monday to Georgia Power Co.'s Board of Directors.Tommy Holder, chairman and CEO of Holder Construction Co., will take his seat on the Georgia Power board May 1.Holder Construction is a national commercial construction services firm that consistently ranks among the top 100 contractors in the country. Currently, Holder is the general contractor on a $55 million expansion of the Georgia World Congress Center.Holder joined the company&he
