New bus service Henry Connect launches in McDonough next week

Henry County is launching its first fixed-route public bus service. Starting Monday, Henry Connect will provide transportation between downtown McDonough, Piedmont Henry Hospital and Stockbridge, improving access to jobs, health care and other essential destinations. Riders who use the service during its first month may qualify for free rides as the county begins expanding its transit network.
