Georgia DA sues state over new election law targeting metro counties

DeKalb District Attorney Sherry Boston says a new Georgia law making several local races nonpartisan unfairly targets five metro Atlanta counties and violates the state constitution. The lawsuit could determine how millions of Georgians vote beginning in 2028.
