Former Fulton commissioner calls for tougher rules on new data centers

Former Fulton County Commissioner Natalie Hall, who is running for reelection, is calling for statewide and federal standards for new data centers. Her five-point plan seeks more community input, a ban on nondisclosure agreements and commitments covering local hiring, noise and lighting.
