Atlanta weather: Flood warnings, strong storms before fall cooldown

Flash flood warnings are in effect in parts of north Georgia as another round of storms could bring heavy rain and damaging winds to metro Atlanta from 3 to 10 p.m. Cooler, drier weather arrives later this week.
