Vehicle plunges into Potomac River after crash at Arlington Memorial Bridge

A crash sent a vehicle off the Arlington Memorial Bridge, plunging into the icy Potomac River below Thursday evening.
Around 6:50 p.m., a vehicle went off the side of the bridge into the river after a collision with another vehicle.
