Arkansas Times launches Project Catfish

We turned 52 this month! To celebrate, Project Catfish will challenge readers to raise $52,000 by Dec. 31 in support of Arkansas Times Independent Arkansas journalism. If readers hit the goal, publisher Alan Leveritt gets a catfish tattoo.
