Woman, 19, found dead near St. Michael

The death of a St. Michael woman last week is being examined by Alaska State Troopers, who have released few details regarding the case.
The body of 19-year-old Chynelle Lockwood was found July 11 on the beach near St. Michael, according to an online dispatch posted Tuesday. Her next of kin have been notified, and her body was sent to the state medical examiner’s office in Anchorage for an autopsy and positive identification.
