Update: Missing boy found hiding in bedroom of his home

A 3-year-old boy reported missing from his home Tuesday afternoon has been located and is safe.
Officers searched the are near the boy’s home on E. 20th Ave for about an hour after he was first reported missing at around 2 p.m.
He was hiding in a bedroom of the house the entire time, according to a family member at the scene.
